Dear Sirs, I may add to my earlier comments that you are publicizing the cost of software @20000 and AMC @10000 whereas I have been advised the cost thereof @35000 and AMC @ 15000 along with several other requirements to avail the services @ GoDigital. There appear some gang of cheaters operative at the company who bargains and tries to snatch as much much money as they can from the IFA. Certainly, they resort to sub-standard practices giving bad name to Kotak Mutual Fund also.There are several things, prevalent at GoDigital, in contravention to what Mr. Mehta has narrated above. Everyone is requested to take note of it and be cautious when dealing with Optimum Fintech., please.

Disgusting experience. I have paid advance amount of Rs.12500 on December 15, 2018 with an arrangement to avail the services with software from 01.03.2019. There is none, at the company, to care to provide me the siftware and necessary training. Instead they have provided me a supplementary list of requirements and the costs thereof which appears binding on me in order to avail services at GoDigital platform. It looks like cheating or a fraud with IFAs.

I dont have any idea why kotak is giving value to this plateform. I suffer almost 2 and half month product not ready yet. Initially what they promised and what they charged me not as per above artical. Its better to pay little more or build your own platform.
