"We trust that you will avoid using harsh language and will refrain from making unsubstantiated allegations against individuals and firms. Your constructive feedback and opinions are very valuable to all of us in the industry. "
Great at least now, this AMC, among few others has recognized that IFA are required to reach retail investors. How ever , even now , the AMC is not speaking about paying a equitable commission to the retail distributor , and treat them on par with the remaining channels. All these days , this very AMC was paying the chakolate called the upfront along with paying insignificant trails to IFAs( there by making them leave the industry at a regular frequency). ITS all AMCs collective failure to nurture the IFA comminity , and provide them proper direction.Naturally , they failed to attract the retail money. Its high time they retrospect, and change their attitude towards the IFAs.
No RM is in touch with me. Their ELSS performance lags behind many other similar Schemes.
Wise and nuanced views. Complements on your leadership and ability to read ground realities. This business is brutal, if you dont learn to anticipate and manage change. We wish amcs supported our CRM initiatives, distributors have to walk that path alone- guess thats where the entreprenual risk is, and thats what brings the glory !
Credit must be given to your leadership, which made this achievement possible. In my view, to attract retail, Distributors morale and enthusiasm must not be hurt at all, since retail business needs investment. If Distributor isnt optimistic about his future in this industry, why would he invest in this business. The regulator is on the wrong side on this front, its upto stalwarts like you to show him the correct path.
