Ask him to visualise the dreams he has seen for his future. Listen and you also travel dream journey with him.Just analyse and put forth facts to make him realise that if he doesnt plan it properly reality would be far from what he is dreaming. Regarding Big returns show them fate of chit funds. Explain that every extra % on returns comes with much higher degree of risk.
