The article is good. But while responding we also have to react. IF YOU DONT FIGHT FOR WHAT YOU WANT, DONT CRY FOR WHAT YOU LOST. BE A FIGHTER. Nothing is impossible if there is justice in our demand and put forth our views unitedly.

Nice Article. Without adapting for change, we cannot progress. Change is the only constant in life. Responding is very important but sometimes reacting is also required. Responding and reacting both should be there. Not just reacting. If we do not react, we may taken for granted. No doubt, many issues we react, we dont have control. And for this reason reaction required so that reaction through forums such as Wealth Forum will be heard and we are not taken for granted. Unfortunately our reaction is not strong or loud to hear "their" ears.

Dear sir, Thanks for your great article. It reminds me of a lesson learnt in std. VI about adoption in animals for eg fish, camel, chameleon etc. I also remember Story of Eagle which is my favourite mini video. It also tells us that either pass through painfull process or die. You truely said adoptation is only way to survive in the present market sinario. I have adopted your 4 points. Warm regards. Chhabilesh Patel.
