If u analyse company with fundamental data, there r less chances of going wrong. do not go momentum stocks, go for well managed companies. market always respect earning growth. in case of technical analysis, it is a game of big operators which enter/exit & create big volume. some time stocks with no fundamentals rise big & fall heavily. which give a heavy loss to the investor

Various tools that are used for technical analysis are charts, turning points, price patterns, trend lines, moving averages and other advanced tools like oscillators.
