I agree with you that Personalised services coupled with technology is the best alternate in Indian Industry But I am sorry to write that your amc is not using technology at all. I am giving you an example. I submitted an app. of axis liquid fund on 27-06-18 with HDFC Bank Cheque, the amount was debited from the bank on 30-06-18 but the nav given was that of 03-07-18 that too after a lot of calls to the amc. Secondly, additional purchase was submitted on 28-06-18, cheque was debited from the account on 02-07-18 at 08:15 hours but the nav given was of 04-07-18 & that too after a lot of calls to the amc. Please let me know where was the amount lying for 3 days?

With reference to my earlier comments regarding reconciliation problem with OFA, I thankfully acknowledge co-operation of Sri Harsa by promptly and conclusively taking up the things. Being an ex-banker I am well acquainted with the significance and tediousness of reconciliation of accounts but I was surprised by the action at OFA and speedy solution to my problem. Really they deserve my appreciation and repeated thanks to Sri Harsa. I heartily wish all the best for OF A and Shubhchintak.

OFA is a good platform and doing well but its reconciliation & TXN updation part is miserably poor and that single point is capable of pulling it down to half of its utility. Will Mr. Harsha take a look at this issue?

Agree with the points. However, Axiss own digital platform "EasySell" for Distributor Initiated Transaction is not user friendly at all. On initiating a transaction, the investor has to enter all details of the distributor and even has to register herself and create userid and password. Its not at all user-friendly as like digital platforms or other AMCs.
