I had requested rahu l from.Ofa, to inform his office team to update me regarding the status of my clients data reconciliation. No 1 picks up ofa landline, or else.always the lines are busy. No.1 has even updated me regarding which software has to be downloaded by my clients, and for myself [ Whenevet I am trying to login as a distributor, it says first get registered and get activated : Bad response from ofa team. Earlier, I was Informed by rahul, that 1 particular person with be your R.M or point of contact for all your queries : But till today, I am not even aware, who is my R.M : This the treatment, the distributor gets , after paying the membership fees. Strange n amazing.
Dear Harsha K, I congratulate you fir a wonderful initiative in the shape of OFA. I am a subscriber since the initial days of Shubhchintak. OFA is doing tremendously good job. BUT I have no hesitation to advise that Reconciliation part thereof certainty needs fairly a lot of improvement. You will, please, agree that Reconciliation is the vital most part of accounting and any discrepancy in data creates irritation to the investors. It becomes serious when the queries arising from IFAs get no response or feeble response. It really causes frustration to the OFA as he finds himself unable to explain himself before the client, the investor. To exemplify, I have a live case which I am emphasising for last 8-10 days but the the things are still unmoved. Still, nothing can stop me from expressing my good wishes for every success to OFA.

I am using OFA platform from last 1 month and find it very convenient and easy to use. OFA app is very user friendly. It is one of the best apps to use and help desk team is also very prompt. Data accuracy is high. NSE integration makes transacting process very hazard free.

Mr. Harsha K, would you please check all my mails sent to your team and to people from Axis MF also? There are so many issues. I am using it only because I am not getting time to find out a better solution at this price. So many things needs to be improved. Reliability on the data provided by your portal is totally doubtful. TAT is very very long. Communication practices are not good. Its of use but not reliable.

I have readout the article of OFA - FIINFRA. Actually this App is useful and handy for both distributor and client. I have used this App last Six month. I feel that my client is happy with this App.. It is true that some time minor service issue is their but the problem immediately solved by RM or OFA Team while I raised the same on mail or telephone and mail back me to check out the problem solved. I am obliged the reporting system job and thanks to team of OFA for excellent job.

The intent of Shubhchintak digital intervention is to empower IFAs to save time and increase business. 2500+ IFAs are using this proposition and parallelly both Team Axis MF and OFA are constantly taking feedback from IFAs and including new features. To substantiate my statement - in 2017 we have included numerous new features in OFA and few of them are still in work in progress. Its a coincidence that the features which you were seeking got delayed due to technology integration . However these will be released in next few months. If a person who heading makes false commitments, what can we expect from others. OFA team is making paid IFA subscribers by misguiding IFAs and making false commitments. I have been victim of OFA team which I have already discussed with you. Now, your team dont reply my mails. If OFA continues to cheat IFAs, how long will you survive. Moreover, this will also harm interest of Axis MF.
