HOW DOES MF SOFTWARE FETCH DATA FROM RTA? THROUGH ANY VIEWER?

Mr. Bishnu Sahu, I am IFA based out of Nahan, H.P. I have subsrcibed OFA on 18/03/2017. I was misguided by OFA executive that certain reports and features which I am looking is available in OFA. But when, I started to use OFA, those features were not available in OFA. Within a week, I complained about it and asked for refund but your team refused and told me that there is no refund policy. But when I insisted that how can you sell a product which does not suits my requirement , they promised me to add some features like BSE integration and SIP report latest by June. But nothing has happened. Your team does not reply my mails regarding my complaint. This my request to you that I paid for the features which are not available in OFA, so please refund my payment. I will definitely, subscribe for OFA as and you will add the required features in OFA. Regards

i have paid for the app one month back ..till date no app has been given ..Will request the CEO for a refund asap .. Do not want to discuss the matter at all

Basic feature missing the platform does not show what is the total investment n current valuation of portfolios on screen (all software companies wen asked say it is up coming feature) this is very basic. NSE only purchase and sip can be done where is the option for doing STP n switched it is most important Output in PDF excel format shows advisor name first it looks as if its advisor s statement. Every basic feature that is absent on any software is upcoming but it never comes.

Advisor Onboarding is so smooth but after sales, support is pathetic, All the reports are missing with the data for last 2-3 months. Adv Mobile App - shows list but when clicked, NO data available error occurs. Chased for support many times, but these people speak sweet but no sweetness in work. This platform has no proper road-map for their clients. Client login via Web also stopped earlier they have had provided but said no client is loggin in via web. (This is not a justification... even flipkart stopped and saved themselves not by implementing only App business model. Support team are resistible for our problems.

After the app launched by ofa..its a revolutionary steps to our industuries especially for IFA like us.ofa advisor app is very useful to us ,now all the investor details of our client is in our pocket,and we can also send the account summary within a moment,last but not least the RM are very cooperative and helpful ,Thank to entry ofA team for there support!!!

Thank you for developing this software. In the last 18 months we have seen OFA going through many changes (Good Ones). so my comments are from my own experience. It is a very powerful platform but is greatly under-utilized. Pros: The Mobile App is Good. The reports are few but Good. Financial Plan preparation module is ok. Pings Support is Excellent Technology - page upload speed is much better now. NSE integration is smooth now. Transaction are seamless. Cost is reasonable. Cons: Multiple ARN integration GOALs to Funds Mapping in portfolio reports. I believe the software is designed with this concept and hope that it will happen soon. Branding. So far so good, and Best Wishes for new developments. and finally Thank you for giving us this wonderful app.

I profusely thank OFA FIINFRA for developing this platform. It has proved immensely beneficial for an Advisor like me . After installing OFA in Diwali last there is 100% surge in new aquisition of clients mainly due to referal as there is a stark improvement in service quality and delivery and confidence I got . OFA gives an advisor necessary confidence to aquire more clients as servicing part is taken care by them.

I am using this portal since more than 2 months. There are certain issues with the services you are providing to us.These are: 1. Data Management is not good. Since last two months there are so many issues with purchases and redemption transactions are not proper like one of my client sold some units of a particulars fund/scheme earlier, but your portal still shows as an investment in that scheme. I complain to OFA team twice regarding these issues. But I do not understand why it came at second time because once you rectified. Because I can not see the portfolio of all my clients on every day, whether it is correct or not.2. You team member (Ms Minaz) said you have to check all clients data on daily basis and inform us, if there is any issues with portfolio then let us know. I am regularly in touch of with the team of OFA. But no fruitful result appeared. You have recording of all conversation of client/advisor.

As rightly mentioned by Bishnu Sahu, client Reporting is the key and the USP of OFA app. It is undoubtedly the best app, very beautifully designed, simple and apt. Every client who has been using it is very impressed and appreciative of the Client Reporting app. Its indeed an amazing app for an incredible price. Looking forward for the iOS version of adviser app...

As you must be aware, our platform enables auto upload facility with all the RTAs, except Franklin Templeton. The file format for Franklin Templeton is different compared to other RTAs. The cost-benefit tradeoff of OFA to other top softwares cannot be compared. Because at 6000 rupees compared to other softwares charging 45000 to 100000 lakh rupees, plus extra for client apps can be only accessible to top MFDs. Agreed there are some problems like Templeton transactions not automatically being uploaded, transactions not being updated but OFA is always working to rectify problems. Its good to be associated with them and I know the platform will be robust after regular IFA feedbacks.

I am using OFA since launch. It is becoming better day by day. Client reporting is fantastic. With the help of OFA it has become easy to expand business. Clients are also happy with the app.

We are using this platform last 4 month. This app is very useful for client and advisor. Only issue is with data of Franklin which is currently not uploading automatically. Investors are happy to see their investment in their fingertips.

I am an user and I am unable to understand what is the issue with you people to upload Templeton MIS. It is a pain after buying this software. I am working in a firm and also doing this business, but if I am paying for the services and I am not getting what I want, then I am unable to understand how will I be able to continue with this software. Personally I will not recommend this platform to anybody.

Sir, As per my calculation, you company is in loss, as your fee from each IFA is Rs.6000 X 1300 IFAs, it mean you are generating revenue of Rs.78 lacs in a year, which means only 6.5 Lacs monthly, any logical person can calculate a company with only 10 employee can not survive in city like Mumbai, we dont want that cost will be recovered by selling our data. THIS IS VERY BIG QUESTION MARK ON YOU STRATEGY.

Further to what you have mentioned, the issue is arising as your Auto Mailback facility for one of the RTAs had expired last week. It has been rescheduled now. Henceforth the data will start flowing on daily basis. We would request you, to log your expiry dates with us, so that pro-actively, we can communicate with you and get it rescheduled before hand. Sir data is not updated on advisor app

Sir, Data is not getting updated in advisor app & portal even 7 days after the investment date. Please ensure that data is up-to-date. Clients are also complaining about the same. App is good but only updation problems
