ABSL AMC has launched Fulcrum – a unique 1 day training program exclusively for support teams (sales and service) of its distribution partners. The program will provide a refresher on ever-growing compliance requirements, insights on enhancing customer service and inputs to improve sales efficacy.
The program is open to all distributors – nominations can come either from business owners or directly from their teams. Connect with your ABSL AMC RM to register for these programs.
City-wise rollout schedule for Jan-Mar 25 quarter has already been announced. These on-ground sessions can also be complemented by similar day long online programs, depending on registration volumes.
Kamayani says this program is a result of inputs she received from distributors about the need for such a program and the diligent efforts of her team who have worked hard to put this together.
The fund house has launched another targeted upskilling initiative called Yashasvi – an exclusive program for women MFDs. This is a one day on-ground workshop series which will not only help women MFDs upskill themselves on business critical aspects, but also provide a platform to network and build bonds.
Kamayani urges all partners to leverage these two programs and also maintain a strong feedback loop to her – let her know what else they would like ABSL AMC to help them and their teams with to enable higher business growth and better investor service.
