We have an opening for three investment planners on immediate absorption basis:- Job Profile of an Investment Planner • To make short investment and retirement goal plans and explain the same to the client in a language he understands. This interaction with the client could be in person, on email, on phone or through software like skype, showmypc etc. • Translate the investment or retirement plans into specific product plans. • Implement the product plans and monitor the investment process. • Once investment is done, the same needs to be monitored on a quarterly basis with performance of the invested asset and goal attainment as the criterion, and a quarterly report given to the client. • To carry out regular re-balancing of the portfolio as and when required. • To sort out all the financial issues of the clients. • Client may need to be visited at his/her premises and interaction done. • As on date, there is not likely to be any sales related job assigned to an Investment Planner. Qualifications and Experience Desired • At least Graduation, preferably in a financial subject. MBA and MBA (Finance) would be given a preference. • A good academic record is important. • AFP having done at least two modules, with the intent of completing his CFP certification. The modules passed should be with good grades. • Very good knowledge of MS Excel. • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience, preferably in a financial company. Promising freshers may also be considered. • Good command over written English, fair command over spoken English, positive attitude towards client service and soft-spoken demeanour are extremely important for the job and are non-negotiables. Remuneration The salary range will likely be Rs 16,000 - Rs 22,000 for an Investment Planner depending on the calibre and experience of the candidate. In addition to this, there are performance related monthly incentives and standard perks which can be explained to the candidate when selected.
